Grace Rochlin is a seasoned yoga instructor, a dedicated practitioner of somatic healing, and a wellness professional who is devoted to guiding her clients on transformative journeys of self-discovery and healing. With a solid foundation in yoga philosophy and practice, Grace completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) certification with My Vinyasa Practice, equipping her with the knowledge and skills to teach various styles of yoga, including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin (Restorative Yoga). True transformation comes from the power of the “Mind-Body” connection.
Driven by a deep passion for personal wellness, Grace expanded her expertise to include Somatic Healing and Advanced Practices in Somatic Healing. This form of holistic therapy recognizes the profound connection between the body and the mind. Drawing from modalities such as Somatic Experiencing, Trauma Release Exercises (TRE), and mindfulness practices, she empowers individuals to release physical and emotional tension, trauma, and stress stored in the body.
Grace approaches her work with compassion, empathy, and a commitment to meeting her clients where they are on their healing journey. Through her gentle guidance and nurturing presence, she creates a safe and supportive space for self-exploration and healing. Whether leading a yoga class or facilitating somatic healing sessions, Grace’s goal is to inspire others to reconnect with their innate wisdom, cultivate inner resilience, and live authentically aligned lives.
With her holistic approach to well-being, Grace continues to positively impact the lives of her students and clients, guiding them toward greater harmony, vitality, and well-being.
